Manager Corporate Affairs, Poland & Baltics

Rzecznik Prasowy, Polska i Kraje Bałtyckie)
Responsibilities:
Build strong corporate reputation for Mondelez in Poland and in Baltics in alignment with Corporate & Government Affairs (CGA) in CE and EU agenda and as a part of global CGA to support and protect the business and enable growth in a positive societal and political environment.
Special focus on:
- Strategic planning and conception (short term/long term) of all communication aspects and measures (external/internal)
- Internal Communications, including change communication management and leading internal communication trainings
- Governmental Relations, including Trade Associations
- Handling Special Situations & Issues Management
- Corporate PR & Media relations, incl. Brand PR advisory
- Corporate Social Responsibility programs/sustainability agenda
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (public administration education background preferred)
- Excellent English
- Min.7 years of experience in communication management, incl. PR agency/journalist background
- Excellent communicational skills
- Experience in lobbying/government affairs
- Excellent language skills for text editing
- Experience in working in international environment (either in-house or for international Clients)
- Strategic orientation and strong analytical & conceptual thinking
- Experience in change communication management and in leading internal communication trainings will be additional asset
- Solid projects management experience, incl. leading project teams
- Ambitious approach and focus on achieving objectives
- Good social behaviour and skills in relationship building (networking)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tact and diplomacy
