Our client is looking for a Head of Channel with VISION to steer a leading UKRAINIAN TV channel and its 250 employees to greater heights.
A rare opportunity to make a real impact at a TV Channel.
Ukrainian/Russian speaker preferred.

Background and Role
Our client is a leading Ukrainian broadcaster which has already enjoyed huge success in the local market and whose channels are now poised for even greater things.
This role will be responsible for one specific, award-winning channel in the portfolio which has particular significance to the company. The channel currently employs 250 people both in production and broadcast.
In this critical role, your ultimate objective will be to grow the viewing base, market share, revenues and profits. Your remit will include all key aspects of the business including:

Production

Marketing / branding

Budgeting / P&L
This role will be available on an initial 1 - 2 year contract.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this position, you will need a successful track record in Channel Management and ideally, relevant language skills.
You must have an in-depth, substantial understanding of both revenue-producing issues and operational aspects of the business – including all those areas listed above.
Remuneration
The remuneration package for this important, senior executive position, is negotiable, depending on the experience of the successful candidate but will include a full ex-pat package including accommodation, transport and other family-related costs - TAX FREE.
